Ice Box - Add On

Available as an add on when renting the Hot Box mobile sauna.

Add on the Ice Box cold plunge to get the benefits of cold water immersion with this sturdy tub, fitted with easy drainage. Perfect for creating an at-home contrast therapy experience.

Bigger groups can easily rotate between hot & cold cycles. We recommend up to 15 mins in the sauna, up to 3 mins in the cold plunge, then rest until your body temperature stabilizes. You can then do another cycle, repeating the process around 3 times total.
