About the Sauna:
- Fits up to 6 people at a time
- Built with Western Red Cedar
- Wood-fired stove, fed from the outside
- Two benches at different heights with multi-colour lighting underneath
- Inside: ~7.5 ft L x ~6.5 ft W x ~6.5 ft H
- Outside: ~11.8 ft L (includes hitch) x ~7 ft W x ~11 ft H (includes chimney)

About the Cold Plunge Tub:
- 100 gallon capacity
- ~4.5 ft L x ~3 ft W x ~1.9 ft H
- Weight (unfilled): 31.3 lbs
- Drain connects to standard garden hose

Bigger groups can easily rotate between hot & cold cycles. We recommend up to 15 mins in the sauna, up to 3 mins in the cold plunge, then rest until your body temperature stabilizes. You can then do another cycle, repeating the process around 3 times total.

What's Included:
- Wood for about 3 hours of burn time
- Delivery within the Columbia Valley, BC - excluding Invermere at this time
- Accessories such as a bucket & ladle
- GST & PST are included in the price

What's not included:
- Extra wood - $30 per 3 hour bundle
