  • The service area is between Radium, Panorama, and Fairmont, excluding Invermere at this time.

    Locations outside of the service area can be requested by emailing at [email protected].

    1. A refundable damage deposit will be charged at checkout which holds your reservation.
    2. A rental agreement and participant waivers will be sent to review & sign. The rental agreement outlines all of the important things such as safety protocols.
    3. Delivery takes place around 5pm-7pm MST/MDT. If you'd like, we can start the first fire.
    4. A safety tutorial, instructions, and walk through will be done with the main rental contact.
    5. Pick up is around 11am-1pm MST/MDT on your last rental day and a final walk through is done to inspect for any damage.
    6. The rental cost and any additional charges such as extra wood will be charged to the credit card on file, unless an alternate form of payment is requested. The damage deposit will be refunded as long as there are no damages.

  • Deliveries arrive between 5pm-7pm MST/MDT and we'll pick up at 11am-1pm MST/MDT on the last day of your rental.

    Just make sure to load the last log no later than 2 hours before pick up.

    We'll give you a heads up by text/call at least 30-min before arrival.

    If pick up or drop off is needed for a specific time, please include it in the "special requests" section at check out.

  • If you're strong enough, maybe. But no… for your safety, we do not allow the sauna to be picked up, moved during your rental, or returned on your own. Relax and let us handle the heavy lifting.

    • A regular bathing suit works great
    • A towel to sit on inside the sauna and one for outside of the sauna
    • No jewelry inside the sauna, it gets hot
    • Water to rehydrate throughout the experience
    • Flippy floppies or shoes that are easy to slide in and out of

  • While the sauna does not need to be plugged in, there are some other factors to consider.

    • The spot should be a flat hard-packed space clear of debris
    • It should be no smaller then 28 ft x 27 ft with no structures above
    • There should be enough space to back the trailer in/out
    • Owner approval is needed for any space that's being rented
